Shipping policy

We ship quickly and reliably within the EU. Free shipping on orders over €70.

1. Shipping Destinations

EUniform delivers exclusively within the European Union (EU).
We do not ship to countries outside the EU, nor to PO boxes, collection points, parcel lockers, or locations other than the final recipient's address.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping cost: €7 per order
  • Free shipping: on orders over €70

All prices in our webshop include VAT.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and logistical conditions.

The most suitable carrier is automatically selected for each order to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

4. Carriers and Tracking

Depending on the destination, we work with different carriers. Tracking information is not always available, depending on the shipping method and the country of delivery.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the order will be refunded once we have received and inspected the package.

EUniform is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Customs, Taxes, and VAT

Since we only deliver within the EU, no import duties or additional taxes are due.
All prices include VAT, in accordance with applicable EU law.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We only deliver to the final recipient address provided by the customer.

Delivery to collection points, parcel lockers, forwarding services, or forwarding addresses is not supported.

8. Liability for Delay, Damage, and Loss

EUniform makes every effort to deliver orders on time and in perfect condition. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as peak periods, weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier issues). Such delays do not entitle you to compensation.

If a package is damaged or lost in transit, we ask the customer to contact us by email within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and propose an appropriate solution, such as reshipment or a refund, in accordance with applicable law.
